Fashion & Style#OscarsSoGlam with The Gifted Gown

It's here! A night of glamour and drama, the Oscars is airing tonight! In true blogger fashion, I teamed up with a few of my Indy Blog Society BFFs for a styled photo shoot. Isn't that what all fashion bloggers do when the Oscars is coming up? Just us? Oh...#WeKilledIT! In order of appearance: Sarah (@indydressed), Jalysa (@jalysa_delyn), Terri (@therese_salinas), Brittney (@theprettyplus), and of course....ME! (@eclectickurves). Follow all of us for our take on this experience!

To make the photo shoot even more special, we partnered with The Gifted Gown, a local non-profit organization allowing any woman who needs a gown to come in and find their favorite FREE OF CHARGE. Now, think prom dress, wedding dress, or any special occasion that calls for glam...they've got your back. We were so honored to shed light on this amazing cause. It can be a stressful experience looking for a gown at any size, but shopping while plus can be aggravating. The work The Gifted Gown is doing is so important to me, that I'm donating the dress I wore from my personal collection! All girls of all sizes deserve a little glam every now and then! #hairflip

Sweet Oscars themed treats were provided by Kelly Englert. I loved the "Star" and "Oscar" shaped cookies the best. So festive! Perfect for tonight! And let's be honest...we felt like stars in those gowns! Special thanks to Sarah of Indy Dressed who pulled this all together and of course the lady behind the lens, Kaylee of Kaylee Creighton Photography. Local girls represent! So much talent right here in Indy!
