Shop Local: Eclectic Kurves in Sweet Olive Boutique

If you have been following me for a while, you know I get pretty aggravated at boutiques that aren't size inclusive. I want to go shopping with my girlfriends of all sizes and shapes; laughing the day away and having a blast. In 2018, it's unfortunate more of these don't exist. Yes, size inclusive stores are a bit of a unicorn. Some may go as far as calling them folklore....hehe.

Anyhoo, when you do find said unicorn, you grab it quickly and let it know how beautiful it is. Supporting stores like Sweet Olive Boutique is my way of capturing the unicorn, and keeping it safe.

I'm from the Midwest, but I've always pushed back on the whole "Midwest Fashion" idea. Last year, a good friend of mine stated us Midwest girls really love our denim and sundresses. I wanted so badly to fight that idea, but I couldn't...she was totally right...lol.

Turns out, we just love well made, cozy clothes. Yeah, I can get behind that. Sweet Olive has just that- a variety of on-trend cozy sweaters, dresses and separates that you will fall in love with once you touch the fabrics. They sent me over this pinkish-gray top and I knew just what to do with it.

Perfect for date night, Gal-entine's Day or just shopping around, this top is a staple for your wardrobe. Here, I paired it with a faux leather skirt and patterned tights. I like to have fun with my wardrobe- you should too! Styling Tip: Apple shaped cutie like me? Tuck the shirt into a high-waisted bottom to give you definition at your smallest midsection. Also, keep the jewelry to a minimum to highlight the sleeves of this shirt. A statement necklace (though I love them) would be too fussy. Take a close look at this BOMB look! Would you wear this?

Cute right? Go grab it for yourself, but don't forget to use my code Eclectic15 and save 15% off your purchase! See, I've got your back :).

Don't live in the area? Head online to shop here

Enjoy today!

xoxo, Sierra
